Boldstream Data Integration

1. Competitor Insights:

  • Please share any applicable competitors by domain or brand name. We would recommend limiting this to 3-5 core competitors as a starting point and have added a selection proactively already which can be revised / amended.

2. Commercial Metrics (where applicable):

  • Access to any / 1st party data tools you wish to integrate directly with Boldstream eg. CRM or commercial data.

  • We have experience integrating with a range of commercial platforms, both custom and off the shelf eg. Salesforce / Oracle / Adobe. Specifically, we're keen to learn and understand how you measure success as a business and can work with you during the onboarding process to mirror this funnel directly into the Boldstream platform.

  • Whilst we work towards a deeper database level integration for your commercial metrics eg. revenue, in our experience we would recommend starting with basic channels eg. Google Analytics to monitor basic KPIs (details below).

3. Google Analytics / GA4 Integration

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics.

  2. Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.

  3. In the Account, Property, or View column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account, property, or view level), click Access Management.

  4. In the Account permissions list, click +, then click Add users.

  5. Enter the email address for the user's Google Account ([email protected])

  6. Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user.

  7. Select the permissions you want. (Admin or Analyst)

  8. Click Add.

4. Meta Business Suite Integration

To grant Boldstream access to your Meta assets, you can add us as a partner via Business Settings. This will allow you to assign us access to your relevant assets, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and ad accounts.

Steps to add Boldstream as a partner:

  1. Go to Business Settings.

  2. Under Users, click Partners.

  3. Click Add and select Give a partner access to your assets.

  4. Enter Boldstream's Meta Business ID: 167733798208653. Click Next.

  5. Select the assets you'd like to assign to us — this can include your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, and/or ad account.

  6. For each asset, choose the appropriate level of access (full control or partial access), selecting the relevant tasks where applicable.

  7. Click Save Changes.

5. Twitter integration (as and when it’s created)

Boldstream has an official agency Twitter account with which clients can use to integrate their own Twitter accounts & Twitter ad accounts to.

Creating a secure integration with Boldstream from your business Twitter account requires your Business id to be provided to the Boldstream team.

1. Log in to your X (Twitter) account

2. Click on More

3. Click on Settings and privacy Click settings and privacy to give access to your X account

4. Click Security and account access

5. Go on Members you've delegated

6. Select Invite a member

7. Search the Twitter handle of the person you want to invite. @BwsIntelli58507

6. Google Search Console (full instructions here)

  1. Open the property in Search Console.

  2. Open the Users and permissions page in property settings (Settings > Users and permissions). This page is visible only if you're a property owner.

  3. Click Add user

  4. Enter the Google Account name (email) of the new user. This will be [email protected]
    Choose the permission level (role) to grant the user. This only needs to be ‘Full’ user level of access.

  5. Save your changes.

7. Google ads instructions

  1. Go to Access and security within the Admin menu .

  2. Select the plus button .

  3. Enter the email address [email protected], and you can choose the access level.

  4. Select Send invitation.

8. LinkedIn instructions

  1. Click Partners in the left menu.

  2. Add our partner ID: 6993550966142697472 to the available field in the upper-right corner.

  3. Click the Add partner button to the right of the field.

  4. Once we have accepted on our side we will notify you.

  5. From there you will be able to share with us your pages and ad accounts from within our partner page.

9. Snapchat ads instructions

  1. Sign in to Snapchat Ads.

  2. From the homepage, click business settings, members.

  3. Click “+ Invite members”.

  4. Enter our email, [email protected] - click the ad accounts you would like to give access to.

  5. Select permissions, (Admin or Analyst).

  6. Click “Assign”.

10. Target audience mapping instructions (for synthetic testing)

Please provide us with a short description (max 100 words) of your core buyer or decision-maker.

This will be used to simulate how your core audience searches, reads, and makes decisions across SEO, content, and paid media.

Types of information we look for:

  • Job title(s)

  • Industry

  • Company size

  • Seniority (decision-maker or influencer)

  • Location (if relevant)

  • Main problem your product solves

  • Max 100 words. Be specific.

Example decription:
Marketing Managers and Heads of Growth at B2B SaaS companies with 50–500 employees.
Based in the UK and Western Europe. Responsible for SEO, paid media, and lead generation.
Report into a CMO or VP Marketing. Measured on pipeline, CAC, and revenue growth.
Struggle with proving ROI, managing fragmented data, and scaling acquisition efficiently.
Have budget ownership or strong influence over marketing technology purchases.
