Connect monday.com — or any tool — with your own key

Boldstream can now connect to almost any tool you hold your own access key for — monday.com is the first one ready to try.

Boldstream can now connect to almost any tool you hold your own access key for, and put it to work right inside your chats — monday.com is the first one ready to try.

The same board as a table, a kanban and a calendar — switched with one click.

Before you start

This has just launched, so it may not be switched on for your account yet — if you don't see it, ask your Boldstream contact to turn it on for you. You'll also need your own account and access key for the tool you're connecting; a monday.com key, for this example.

Three ways to connect a tool

  • A Boldstream team member can set it up on your account for you.

  • You can ask the assistant in chat, and it will set the tool up for you.

  • You can add your own key yourself, in Brand Hub.

Brand Hub puts it simply: “Need a service that isn't listed? Ask the AI in chat and it can set the tool up for you — you just add the credentials here.”

Try it: connect monday.com

Just ask in plain English — you don't need to look up board numbers or settings first. Here's a request that worked:

“Connect to our monday.com — I only need the "Boldstream Campaign Ideas" board. I want its items, their columns and whatever sits underneath them. Find the board by name yourself, I shouldn't have to look up numbers.”

The assistant sets up the connection and confirms it — ready to use from your very next message.

What you get

Once connected, the assistant finds a board by name — no IDs needed — and reads its items, their columns, groups, and the subitems underneath them. It comes back as a real, interactive view, not a wall of text.

Switch to Kanban when the board has a status column, or Calendar when it has a date column.

And because it's all happening in the same conversation, you can keep going — turn those board ideas straight into social post concepts without leaving the chat.

💡 Tip: Your key is yours. It's stored encrypted, shown only as its last few characters once saved, and locked to the one tool it belongs to, so it can never be used anywhere else. There's a Disconnect option in Brand Hub whenever you want to remove it.

What's next?

Set up your business's own terms in Brand Hub, or see how agents can pull in live Google search trends the same way — both work through the same chat-first approach.
