You can upload knowledge to the platform, which is any form of document that you'd like. You can use this together with prompts, or you can run it through the chat and have it break down the document for you.
Here's how it works:
You can access the knowledge page by clicking on this icon, which can be found from clicking on 'settings' at the bottom left hand side of your screen:
Once you're there, you'll see a button that says 'Upload Knowledge'. Click there and a pop up will appear with fields for you to fill in.
Name: If your file has a name you want to keep, you can skip this part. But if you want to rename it, write in the name.
Description: Here you can write a short sentence or two about what the file contains/is about.
Association: Choose what you want it to be associated with, either with a specific Customer, a specific Prompt or if it's Global, meaning it can be applied to many.
If you choose Customer or Prompt, then you can select which ones in the next field.
Knowledge Types: Choose which knowledge type it's associated with from the drop down list.
Next, you can either drag and drop a file or click on the upload button. Once you've done that, select 'upload files' and you're done! You'll now see it listed under 'Knowledge', and you can edit or remove it at any time.
