How To Add A Best Practice Template

Upload Best Practice Templates to Knowledge Manager

Written by Josie Piehl

A best practice template is a proven example of how to complete key tasks. You can now upload best‑practice templates directly into Knowledge Manager. This solves the problem of scattered examples by centralising templates where the team actually works.

Benefits:

  • Quick access in chat.

  • Consistent outputs across campaigns.

  • Less time hunting for examples.

    Setup

    1. Open Knowledge Manager

Click the Knowledge button at the bottom of the chat interface to go to `Chat → Knowledge Manager`.

    2. Start upload

Above the Best Practice Templates section, click Upload knowledge.

    3. Complete details

Fill in all required fields to make it discoverable; in the Association section, select `Best Practice Templates`.

    4. Upload file

Attach your template and click Save/Upload; it will appear in the Best Practice Templates section.

💡 Tip: Use a naming convention like “Best Practice – Channel – Task – Version” (e.g., “Best Practice – Email – Welcome Series – v2”) to keep search results clean and consistent.

✅ You should now be able to upload best‑practice templates and have them instantly available for the team inside Knowledge Manager.

Centralising best‑practice templates in Knowledge Manager helps the team move faster and deliver consistent, high‑quality work. Everyone can find the right example at the right time, reducing rework and ensuring campaigns follow proven approaches.
