You can now see which documents are attached to each prompt in the Prompt Management section. This makes it easy to understand the context behind a prompt before you use it, so you can judge if it’s suitable for your campaign or needs extra support.
Benefits:
Quickly assess relevance of the prompt.
Allows you to then add missing knowledge to improve outputs.
Setups
1. NavigateGo to Admin Dashboard, then Prompt Management.
2. Open contextClick the Document icon next to the prompt to view attached documents.
3. ReviewCheck if the listed documents provide the right context.
4. EditClick Edit Prompt then go to Knowledge, then upload any files that are relevant or remove irrelevant ones.
5. SaveClick Update Prompt to apply changes.
💡 Tip: Start with the smallest set of highly relevant documents. Too many files can dilute results and slow review.
