Knowledge in Prompt Library

You’re now able to see which knowledge documents are included in each prompt in the Prompt Library. This helps you understand the context included in each prompt to get a better idea of whether it’s a good fit for your needs.

To see what knowledge is included, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Prompt Library’ on the left-hand side of your screen

  2. Hover over the ‘document’ icon, and you will see the names of the attached knowledge

Missing Knowledge

If you feel like the prompt is missing knowledge, you can easily upload documents to the prompt. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to the Prompt Library, and then click on the ‘knowledge’ icon at the top of the screen

  2. Select the ‘Upload Knowledge’ button on the right-hand side

  3. Fill in the required fields

  4. Choose the file you want to use and upload it

Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to see it included when you hover over the document icon in the Prompt Library.

It’s important that you upload relevant and concise knowledge that directly relates to the prompt. If the prompt is given too much knowledge, the output will not be as fast and concise as needed. If you find that you need to make changes to the knowledge included, you can do so here:
