Draft and publish social posts directly from chat

Agents now draft social posts from a chat, route them to a new Approvals queue, and publish to your connected accounts in one click. Pick an image from your Brand Hub or generate a fresh one.

Boldstream agents already write social copy that's ready to post. What used to happen next - copy the text, save the image, switch to LinkedIn or Instagram, paste, attach, publish - now happens inside the platform. Drafts queue up in a new Approvals tab, and you push them live with one click.

Under 20 seconds, end to end: open Approvals from the sidebar, and every agent-drafted post is waiting - rendered exactly as your audience would see it, one click from live.

1. Start from a finished post in chat

Ask any agent for a social post and it assembles the whole thing: the visual (picked from your Brand Hub library or freshly generated - see the image picker guide) inside a realistic platform frame, plus a ready-to-edit caption with hashtags in your brand's tone of voice:

From here the agent offers next steps in one tap - draft it for approval, spin a LinkedIn version, or test caption variants.

2. Draft it - with guardrails

Say "draft approval post" (or tap the suggestion) and the post heads for your approvals queue. Two guardrails keep this safe:

  • Accounts must be connected first. Posts publish to the social accounts linked in your Brand Hub. If a platform isn't connected yet, the agent stops and points you to Brand Hub → Edit Social Links rather than failing silently:

  • Drafts need both copy and an image. If either is missing, the agent creates the missing piece before drafting - no half-finished posts ever reach the queue.

Once the draft is saved, a draft card appears in chat confirming it's queued.

3. Review and publish from Approvals

Every drafted post lands in Approvals - a new tab under Activity in the sidebar, one queue per brand. Each draft renders as a realistic preview - the caption, the image, and the platform it's headed to:

For each draft:

  • Approve & publish - the post goes live on the connected accounts.

  • Discard - removes it from the queue without publishing.

Tips for using it well

  • Connect your accounts in Brand Hub first. One-time setup per platform - then every future draft flows straight to the queue.

  • Use the one-tap follow-ups. After a mockup lands, "Create LinkedIn version" and "Test caption variants" turn one post into a multi-platform set without retyping the brief.

  • Treat Approvals as your social inbox. Drafts stack up per brand - open it once a day, approve what's ready, discard what's not.

The shorthand: chat now ends in a real social post, not a copy-paste task. Ask, review in Approvals, publish. And for choosing the perfect visual along the way: Pick from your brand's image library — right inside chat.
