Filter your Approvals queue by channel

Narrow the Approvals queue to one channel at a time, so you can review and release posts for LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook separately.

When your agents draft posts for several channels at once, the Approvals queue fills up quickly. You can now narrow the queue to a single channel — so you can review and release your LinkedIn posts without scrolling past everything else.

The Approvals page with the channel selector open, listing All Channels, LinkedIn and Instagram, beside a LinkedIn post awaiting approval

How it works

1. Open Approvals

In the left sidebar, open Activity and then Approvals. Everything your agents have drafted is waiting here — see Draft and publish social posts directly from chat for how posts get here in the first place.

2. Pick a channel

Use the channel selector next to your brand name. It only lists channels that actually have posts waiting, so there is nothing to hunt through. Pick All Channels at any time to go back to the full queue.

3. Release just that channel

Each post keeps its own Discard and Approve & publish buttons, and every channel is queued separately. Approving the LinkedIn version of a launch post does not release the Instagram or Facebook version — those stay in the queue until you approve them too.

💡 Tip: The channel list is built from what is actually in your queue. If a channel is not listed, there is nothing waiting on it — which is the quickest way to check whether a launch is fully approved.
