The Trend Center is back, properly powered

Trends is fully relaunched with a faster news pipeline, a tidier story feed, and brand-relevant filtering — your daily window onto what's moving in your category, the conversations your audience is in, and the moments worth jumping on.

The Trend Center is fully back. New news pipeline, tidier story feed, the legacy "Buzz" surface retired, brand-relevant filtering working as it should — and a much cleaner, faster experience overall.

What the Trend Center does

It's your daily window onto what's moving — across your category, your competitors, the cultural moments your audience is in, and the breaking news your brand might want to react to. Open it once a morning and you've got the room read for the day.

What's new in this relaunch

  • A faster, cleaner news pipeline. Stories arrive quicker, with better metadata, and the page no longer hangs on a slow source. We've swapped the underlying news engine for a more reliable global news feed.

  • A tidier story feed. Featured stories at the top, then a scannable list of the rest — each with a clear image, headline, source and tagging. Stories without an image now fall back gracefully instead of leaving a hole in the layout.

  • Brand-relevant filtering. The feed is scoped to your brand's signals and the topics your team has set up — no generic news firehose, no off-brief noise.

  • Legacy surface retired. We've removed the older "Buzz" view from the codebase entirely; Trend Center is now the single source for category and brand stories, with one consistent experience.

How to use it well

  1. Open Trends in the left sidebar and pick your brand.

  2. Skim the featured story at the top — that's the editor's pick of what's most relevant to your brand right now.

  3. Scan the feed. Headlines, sources and tags are designed to be readable in under a minute. Click any story to read it on the original publication.

  4. Use it as the prompt for your day. A reactive comms moment? An angle your competitor is leaning into? A trend you should fold into next week's content plan? The Trend Center is the cue.

How it pairs with the rest of the platform

  • See a story worth reacting to? Open a chat with your brand selected and run the Reactive Comment & Newsjacking agent — paste the URL and the agent will read the article live and draft a media-ready response.

  • Spot a recurring theme across the feed? Feed it into the Story Idea Generation or Creative PR Ideation agent for campaign concepts.

  • Want a structured weekly read? Schedule the Earned Media Round Up as a Routine — it pulls the same stories into a board-ready PDF on a cadence.

The shorthand: five minutes in Trends gives you the day's news angle for your brand, without the noise of a generic news app. Make it the first tab of your morning.
