See what your competitors are actually putting in the inbox — and turn it into your next CRM moves.
What it does
The Competitor Email Intelligence agent monitors the marketing emails your competitors are sending — campaigns, offers, subject lines, cadence and loyalty plays — and turns the signal into a clear, on-brand readout with prioritised next moves for your CRM and lifecycle programme.
A competitor's email programme is one of the most honest reads of their commercial posture: how often they touch the inbox, how hard they discount, where they lean on loyalty, and how much craft goes into their subject lines.
What you'll get
A competitor-email readout with at-a-glance charts — email volume and offer mix by competitor, subject-line craft, and where you sit versus the field
What's moved recently across the set
A prioritised set of CRM moves and tests
A downloadable presentation
How to run it
Step 1: Open the agent
Find Competitor Email Intelligence in the Agent Library (or open it from the agent run page) and select your brand.
Step 2: Confirm your competitors and run
Confirm your competitor set and click Run Agent. Choose Express for a fast, full readout, or Structured to go step by step.
💡 Tip: Run it as a weekly pulse — competitor email programmes change fast, and the cadence and offer shifts are the early signal.
What to expect
It reads the most recent emails available for each competitor, so it can't be filtered to a specific date range — think of it as the latest snapshot, refreshed on each run.
Coverage is richest for retail and direct-to-consumer brands that email often. Insurance and finance are quieter, because those rivals rarely run newsletters — the agent is deliberately honest about gaps rather than filling them.
Add a competitor we're not tracking yet
By default the agent reads a large public email archive, which gives broad coverage — subject lines, offer types and cadence — for most brands. For the full detail (real email creative, tone, and predicted open and click rates), a sender needs to be actively tracked.
To start tracking your own brand or any competitor, subscribe their marketing newsletter to [email protected]. Once their emails start landing there, that brand shows full detail on the next run. Until then you still get the broad read for every brand.
