The Reputation & Reviews Intelligence agent turns the online reviews your brand and your competitors receive into a clear, benchmarked readout — what customers actually rate, praise and complain about, and the next move for your CX programme.

It reads the live review signal (ratings, volume, how often each brand replies to complaints) and a deeper recent-review sample (sentiment, themes, the 1-star drivers and real customer verbatims), then turns it into owner-tagged actions.

How to run it

Step 1: Open the agent

Find Reputation & Reviews Intelligence in the Agent Library and select your brand.

Step 2: Confirm your competitors and run

Confirm your competitor set and click Run Agent. Choose Express for a fast, full readout, or Structured to go step by step.
