Task History gives you a central view of all your past chats/tasks, so you can quickly find, filter, and resume conversations without starting from scratch.
Here’s how it works:
Task History keeps every chat in one place and makes it easy to search, filter, and reuse what’s already been used. To access your task history, follow these steps:
Open Task History
Go to App sidebar → Task History. By default, you’ll see the last 30 days of conversations.
2. Adjust the date range
Use the date picker to set your preferred range (for example, this week or a custom range).
3. Filters
Use the filters in the following ways:
Search messages: In this free text box you can input keywords to quickly find the task you're looking for.
Tags: Use tags to better organise your tasks and find the one you're looking for. In order to add a tag, click on the '+' button on the task.
Input the tag you want, for example, 'MonthlyReport'.
Customer: Use this filter if the task was specific to a customer.
Prompts: Use this if you want to look at tasks related to a specific prompt.
Favorites: You can 'favorite' a task by clicking on the heart icon so you can find them quickly.
5. Re-name tasks: Click the pencil icon rename the task. For example, Client – Project – Purpose so the whole team can find and reuse it later. Make sure you and your team agree on a simple naming pattern (like Client – Project – Purpose) to make tasks easier to find.
6. Rate tasks:
Use the rating control to score a tasks usefulness to you by simply clicking on the corresponding number. The rating system is out of 10, with 10 being the highest.
Here’s why it’s exciting:
Task History makes your work instantly findable. With filters, favourites, and clear titles, your team can:
Save time by reusing proven tasks and prompts
Keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently
Maintain continuity for client work without searching through old tasks
Try it out and let us know what you think!
