Setups
1. Select CustomerGo to the Customers List.
2. Review Previous ActivityOpen `Activity logs` to scan the last activity and insights (incl. AI Insight).
3. Create ActivityClick on Activity for the customer you want to add an activity for, then add a clear title, start/end dates, and a short description.
4. AssociateLink one or more brands/sub-brands for this customer.
5. TagAdd tags for channel type (earned/owned/paid) and other themes (e.g., country, campaign), then click Create Activity to save.
6. VisualiseReturn to the Customers List and go to your customer's Dashboard to view activities in the timeline or charts. Edit or delete any activity later via Customer Activity and scroll down to the Activity logs.
