1. Open Customers ListGo to Customers List.
2. Select clientFind your client and click the blue Insights button on their row.
3. Add detailsOn the Insights page, enter a clear Title and your Insight content (performance summary and recommendations).
4. PublishClick Create to make the insight available to share and reference.
5. Edit as neededClick Edit to update the insight at any time; re-publish to save changes.
