Run an affiliate round-up from your partner programme

Turn your AWIN affiliate data into a board-ready round-up — commission, publishers, partner mix and trend, fully reconciled.

Written by Dan Pillay

The Affiliate Round Up agent turns your AWIN programme data into a board-ready read on your affiliate channel — how much commission you earned, which publishers drove it, the partner-type mix behind the numbers, and how it's all trending. Every figure is reconciled back to your programme data before it's shown, so the report you take to your channel review holds up.

Before you start

  • Your AWIN affiliate programme needs to be connected to your analytics. If it isn't, the agent will say so plainly rather than substitute anything else.

How to run an affiliate round-up

Step 1: Open the agent

In the left sidebar, open the Agent Library, search for Affiliate Round Up and click Run Agent.

Step 2: Choose how to work

The agent offers three pathways:

  • Express — a fast 7-day pulse: recent commission and transactions, top publishers, anything that needs your attention.

  • Structured — the full 30-day round-up by publisher and partner type, with status breakdown and trend. The default for monthly reporting and board packs.

  • Conversational — tell it exactly what you want: a specific date window, one publisher, or a question about a spike or drop.

Step 3: Get your round-up

A few minutes later you get the headline read — commission, transactions and the publishers driving them — plus a presentation you can Download and take straight to your next channel review.

💡 Tip: The agent never reports a figure that doesn't reconcile to your programme data. If a cut doesn't add up — or a filter matches nothing — it tells you and shows its working, rather than smoothing it over.
