You shouldn't have to take an AI answer on faith. Every reply in Boldstream can show you its sources — the articles, files and data the answer drew on — so you can check a figure or read the original for yourself before your work goes anywhere near a client.
See a reply's sources in one click
Look for the small Notes icon in the row of icons under an AI reply — it appears whenever the answer has more to show.
Click it and the reply's Sources are listed as clickable citations: articles found through web research, files you've uploaded, and data from your connected systems. Click any of them to go straight to the original.
Alongside the sources, the same panel sometimes adds Notes — context and caveats worth double-checking — and a plain-English Definition of a key term from the answer.
No sources showing? Just ask
If a reply doesn't volunteer its citations, ask in the chat: "Please list the sources you used for that answer." You'll get the list — and the AI is upfront about what it has and hasn't verified itself.
