Create and manage multiple AI agents so each one focuses on a specific task (e.g., customer queries, market analysis, internal scheduling). This solves the “one-size-fits-all” problem by letting us tailor agents to the work our clients need done, quickly and reliably.
Benefits:
Specialised outputs.
Faster turnaround through parallel work.
Easy scaling as campaigns change.
Setups
1. OpenGo to Settings and then Agents.
2. Add Agent and DefineClick Add Agent and enter the agent’s name and purpose (what it should do and for whom).
3. ConfigureSet skills, data access, and any guardrails or prompts. Click Save.
4. TestClick Test to run a quick task and confirm the agent behaves as expected.
💡 Tip: Keep each agent’s scope narrow (one main job). Clear names like “CX—FAQ Agent” make routing and reporting easier.
✅ You should now be able to:Spin up focused agents that run tasks in parallel and deliver more consistent results.
Multiple agents let us specialise work by domain, run activities in parallel to speed up delivery, and scale or swap capabilities without reworking our whole setup. This improves reliability, reduces bottlenecks, and helps us deliver higher-quality outputs for clients, faster.
