Why it matters
The first answer is a draft, not the answer — the real quality comes two or three turns in. But "make it better" just makes the AI reshuffle words. Specific feedback is the biggest lever you have once a draft's on screen, and it's the same skill in a chat or when refining an agent's work.
The move: part + problem + target
Name the part that's off, what's wrong with it, and what good looks like — three things, one sentence.
Good — "make the headline better"
Sharper — "the headline's too soft — make it benefit-led"
Flow — "cut the second paragraph, make the headline benefit-led for CFOs, and match the punchy tone of our last campaign"

"Keep the structure, but rewrite it for an IT audience."
