Memory remembers your preferences so every chat starts with the right context. Save your tone, writing style, and brand context and Boldstream brings it into every chat without you having to repeat yourself.
What Memory does
By default, each chat in Boldstream starts fresh. Memory changes that. When it's on, Boldstream picks up on the preferences, brand details, and recurring instructions you share, and carries them forward into future chats.
It's designed for the context you'd otherwise paste at the start of every conversation - the clients you work across, the formats you prefer, the things you always want included or avoided.
What gets remembered
Memory captures things you tell Boldstream directly, or things it picks up from your chats over time, like:
Brand and tone preferences ("I write in a direct, no-fluff style", "never use exclamation marks")
Recurring context ("I work across three clients: X, Y, Z")
Output preferences ("always give me a short version and a long version")
Standing instructions ("never suggest LinkedIn as a channel")
What doesn't get remembered:
The contents of your chats themselves - Memory captures preferences and context, not full conversation history
Files or documents you've uploaded
Anything from before you turned Memory on
How to turn Memory on
Go to Your Account (top-right profile button)
Scroll down to find Memory section
Toggle Enable Memory on
Privacy and your data
Your memory items are private to you - no one else on your team or workspace can see them. They're stored securely on Boldstream's infrastructure and are never shared with other users.
As your preferences evolve, Memory evolves with you. Update or delete saved items at any time and Boldstream will adapt - there's no need to start over.
Your memory items are kept for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, all memory data is deleted.
If you have questions about how your data is handled, see our Security Policy document or contact [email protected].
