You can now share a direct link to any project, workstream or chat thread — straight from the page you're already on. One click copies a canonical URL to your clipboard, so you can drop it in Slack, Teams, an email, a presentation, or anywhere else the conversation needs to continue.
Where you'll find the Share button
The Share action lives in three places, one for each thing you might want to send a colleague:
On any project
Open a project and look in the top-right of the project header. The Share project link button sits next to the Edit pencil. Click it and the project's URL is copied to your clipboard.
On any chat thread
Inside a project, every conversation card has a small Share icon next to the favourites and resume controls. The same icon also appears in the toolbar at the top of any open chat thread. Click it to copy the thread's direct URL.
On any workstream
Open a workstream and you'll see a Share workstream link button in the top-right of the workstream header, sitting just below the title and tagline.
What gets copied
Every Share button copies the same canonical URL the platform uses internally — the same link you'd see in your browser bar if you were viewing the page. When a colleague pastes it into a browser (and signs in), they'll land on exactly the same project, workstream or thread you sent them.
Tips
Use it from Activity too. Each activity item supports the same one-click share, so you can grab a link to a specific run without having to open it first.
Keep teams aligned. Drop the link in your team channel after a working session and your colleagues are one click away from the same context you had.
Bookmark it. The URL is stable — bookmark any project or workstream you come back to often.
What's next?
Combine it with Routines: schedule a recurring run, then share the routine's link with your team so everyone can see the latest output as it lands.
