Explainer videos in Boldstream now start playing the moment you open them. No more hunting for a play button — just open and watch.

Click any explainer link in the prompt library, agent details, or chat. The dialog opens and the video starts immediately.

Videos start muted (browsers require it for autoplay). Click the unmute button to turn the sound on.

Once you've unmuted, the video stays unmuted while you watch. Close the dialog when you're done.

💡 Tip: If autoplay doesn't kick in, your browser's autoplay policy may have blocked it. You can always click play manually.
