Control who sees your projects

Project visibility, your way

You can now control exactly who sees and edits each project. Choose a visibility setting and, for private projects, pick the specific teammates who should have access.

How to set project visibility

Step 1: Open the project

From any project page, click Edit project to open the project dialog.

Step 2: Choose visibility

Pick the visibility level that fits — keep things tight when you need to, or open it up to your wider team.

Step 3: Add members (private projects)

If you set visibility to private, add the teammates who should be able to see and edit the project. Start typing a name to search.

Step 4: Save

Click Save. The new visibility and member list take effect immediately.

💡 Tip: You can update members or change visibility anytime — changes apply instantly across the project, including its threads and knowledge.

What's next?

Members will see the project in their Projects list and can join its threads. Anyone outside the member list won't see the project at all.
